To manage complex marketing and sales campaigns you need a good set of tools and software. For this, we use Mautic (Open Source marketing platform) as the basis and build our tools around this - including integrations with websites, e-commerce, ERP systems and much more. Furthermore, we have built our own e-mail and SMS gateways, different add-ons (eg. digital loyalty cards) so that you can provide a better experience for your customers.

We set up your environment and e-mail gateways within a few days. Then you'll be able to start adding/importing contacts and creating e-mail campaigns, forms and landing pages. You can easily add our tracking code to your website and use pre-made integrations with WordPress / WooCommerce to integrate with UpScale Platform quickly.

Usually our customers get the first campaigns running within a week.

Yes! We do this as project-based work. If you already have a developer, we can provide API documentation and instructions on how to integrate. However, if you do not have any development skills, let us know at support@upscale.ee and our development team can help you.

There are 100 e-mails / per month included in every plan. Our e-mail plans are starting from 90€ / mo (for 50 000 e-mails) and SMS plans from 70€ / mo (for 1000 SMS).

If you send more e-mails or SMS, we can offer you a bulk price.

We provide you unlimited support via e-mail, phone and video calls. You will have a dedicated account manager that will assist you whenever required.

Yes, we also have yearly pricing available. On average, you will save about 15-20% from subscribing to a yearly plan.
